Supply Chain Management (SCM) brings together specialised teams that plan, source, move and manage relief items and services for IFRC operations worldwide. Each unit has a specific focus, but they collaborate closely to provide a seamless end-to-end supply chain for National Societies and partners.

Maintains global emergency stocks and supports rapid mobilisation of relief items, logistics ERUs and services for IFRC operations.
Provides fleet services, vehicle leasing and fleet management support to National Societies and IFRC operations across all regions.
Supports National Societies to strengthen their logistics capacity, systems and governance so they can manage their own supply chains sustainably.
